Week 3 : Basic Chocolate

Week 3 : Basic Chocolate @ Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia.

This week, we made a few types & flavours of chocolates  : rocher , mandola , pistachio bar , madagascar ,coffee , mint ,orange , rocher and truffle . We also learned how to tempering , moulding , cutting and dipping the chocolate “from scratch”
